Current sixth-grade students must have a TDAP immunization along with all other required vaccinations before starting 7th grade

In June, 2015, Gov. Jerry Brown signed Senate Bill 277 (SB277) into law. The legislation provides that parents and guardians will no longer be able to refuse to vaccinate their children based on personal belief exemptions if their children attend public or private school. The law went into effect Jan. 1, 2016. State law requires all kindergarten and seventh-grade students to have certain vaccinations as conditions for enrollment.

WCR Named to Educational Results Partnership Honor Roll

Roseville, CA, May 17, 2018 – Wilson C. Riles Middle School today announced that it has been named to the 2017 - 2018 Educational Results Partnership Honor Roll for its high achievement and student success. The program, sponsored by the Campaign for Business and Education Excellence (CBEE), is part of a national effort to identify higher-performing schools and districts that are improving student outcomes. Wilson C. Riles Middle School is one of 1,798 public school districts in California to be recognized.
